Overview

Universal Studios’ Diversity & Inclusion department needed a dedicated website to highlight their commitment to representation, equity, and inclusive storytelling. They sought to celebrate their diverse workforce, including minority employees, directors, and writers, while showcasing their ongoing initiatives and achievements. Our goal was to design a platform that authentically conveyed their mission and inspired industry-wide change.

The Process

We developed a modern, user-friendly website that featured powerful visuals, success stories, and detailed information about their diversity programs. The design emphasized accessibility and easy navigation, ensuring users could explore initiatives, employee spotlights, and opportunities for collaboration.
